Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
2. 3–6 years of experience in road and infrastructure design
3. Strong experience in geometric road design (horizontal & vertical alignments, corridors, cross-sections, junctions, grading)
4. Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory)
5. Working knowledge of Autodesk InfraWorks
6. Understanding of BIM for Infrastructure principles and workflows
7. Experience in preparing design drawings, profiles, cross-sections, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
8. Ability to prepare technical design reports
9. Familiar with AASHTO and relevant local/regional standards
10. Able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
11. Added advantage: exposure to railway, light rail, or metro projects
